We had an absolutely wonderful time today kicking off our Holiday Craft Days in the showroom! There’s nothing better than seeing our space filled with the buzz of creativity, laughter, and holiday cheer.

A heartfelt thank-you goes out to all the amazing customers, designers, and team members who took time out of their day to join us. From handmade wreaths and hand-tied ribbons to glittering ornaments and festive bows, each project brought its own unique charm. The creativity on display was truly inspiring, and watching everyone put their own spin on the season’s décor reminded us why we love what we do.

It wasn’t just about the crafts—it was about community. Sharing stories, sipping cider, and enjoying the company of friends old and new made the day all the more meaningful. Events like these remind us that the holidays are really about connection—and we’re so grateful to celebrate with such a talented and thoughtful group.

Gould brings over 30 years of experience in the RV/manufactured housing industry, according to a release. Most recently, she was involved in the transportation side of the industry, but the majority of her career was spent in interior product design and soft goods manufacturing.

Michael, a celebrated costume designer and author, spent 25 years working alongside the legendary Michael Jackson, creating some of the most iconic stage looks in pop culture history. Darren, the founder and president of Julien’s Auctions in California, has built a world-renowned auction house known for curating some of the most high-profile celebrity auctions in the world.

Having them visit was more than just exciting—it was inspiring. Their stories of creativity, perseverance, and passion left a lasting impression on our team. We’re incredibly grateful for the time they spent with us, and we won’t soon forget the insights and inspiration they shared.

After more than three decades of dedicated leadership, we proudly congratulate Phil Pletcher on his well-deserved retirement. Phil’s vision, commitment, and values shaped the foundation of our company and helped make Pletcher what it is today. While we’ll miss his steady presence and thoughtful leadership, we are incredibly excited for him as he steps into this next chapter. Pletcher Sales and Spradling International Marine announced a strategic alliance to offer the RV industry coated fabrics and interior solutions.

According to a press release, the companies will be focusing not only on innovative and tailored products for RVs, but also on providing excellent service and support to customers. Spradling and Pletcher Sales share the philosophy of customer first.

This partnership coincides with an upgrade of Pletcher´s showroom as Brian Pletcher noted, “With the addition of our new two-story showroom, we wanted to create a space for our customers to get creative and think outside the box. Adding Spradling’s product mix to the showroom will enhance that experience.”

Spradling’s Terry Mead added, “Both companies recognize the importance of speed to market and strength in design, and they are ready for the challenge. We are always looking for new opportunities in existing and new markets, and in Pletcher we saw an aggressive sales, service and design group looking to grow their business.”

Pletcher Sales Inc. (PSI), a leading supplier of decorative products to the RV industry, announced the acquisition of Fabric Technologies. Both companies are based in Elkhart, Ind.

According to a press release, Fabric Technologies offers design and manufacturing of bedspreads, headboards and various soft goods.

“This acquisition will allow greater flexibility with our import comforter programs along with increased volume of our custom headboard manufacturing line,” said Pletcher Sales President Brian Pletcher. “We are excited about the amount of synergy our two companies will experience, allowing us to provide greater value to our customer base. As we continue to add design-oriented product lines to our mix, Fabric Technologies’ manufacturing capabilities aligns with our overall growth strategy.”
