Phil led the company with heart and integrity for over three decades, growing Pletcher into a respected name in the Recreational Vehicle and Marine industries. He officially retired in May 2022, but the company remains firmly in the family and continues to operate with the same values he instilled from day one. His legacy lives on not just in our name, but in our everyday decisions, our relationships, and our drive to do things the right way.
